During his career, Alistair has worked on a number of the FTSE Top 100 Companies gaining plenty of digital experience in a variety of sectors. A self-confessed collector of aftershaves, Alistair’s roots span several continents, thanks to having lived in Singapore, Malaysia and Oman (with the latter being described by yours truly as his spiritual home). But now that Alistair is a career man, he’s firmly stationed in the slightly less exotic yet exciting land of Hove.
Matt has over 4 years digital experience across multiple aspects of digital marketing such as online reputation, social media, SEO and Paid Media. Matt now leads all paid media activity at SiteVisibility and is part of the strategic and creative planning from day one of your project. Matt loves getting involved with our Internet Marketing Podcast and in his spare time enjoys keeping active and playing his guitar.
With over 15 years digital experience, Oliver is responsible for driving customer growth and strategy within SiteVisibility. When not in the office you can find Oliver lifting weights in the gym.
Jason started SiteVisibility in 2002 with a passion for helping ambitious company owners to achieve their business goals as well as supporting team members to stretch their potential. A Chartered Marketer and FCIM, he founded SiteVisibility’s world famous Internet Marketing Podcast in 2006, supported the emergence of BrightonSEO into becoming Europe’s largest SEO conference and is a founder member and Non Exec Director of Wired Sussex which helps its 2600 members to build better digital business together. With over 16 years of digital experience, Gerry is the technical guy who spends most of his life sifting between code, tools and analytics, even when not at work. One day Gerry would like to go scuba diving again.
Tristam has 10 years digital marketing experience ranging from eCommerce through to higher education in both B2B and B2C environments. Tristam’s experience includes brand creation, content strategy, web development, mobile optimisation, user testing and customer profiling, as well as CRM and acquisition strategies. Tristam has managed successful campaigns meeting goals through PPC, SEO and Social media.
Paul has a long history in both the international IT services market and telecommunications, with a broad professional experience in general management, mergers and acquisitions, services strategy and customer relationship management. He joined Sita, the IT and telecommunications provider to the Air Transport Industry, in 1997 and became Chief Commercial Officer of Sita SC responsible for sales, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction on a global basis. Prior to joining Sita, Paul was Chairman and Chief Executive of ICL Sorbus, a Fujitsu subsidiary company, where he was responsible for creating Europe’s largest multi-vendor IT services company with revenues of $1 billion.
With a keen passion for all things digital, Sean joined SiteVisibility as an intern over 3 years ago. Today, Sean is responsible for a range of day to day internal operations including quality management, improving internal processes and capacity planning. In his spare time Sean can usually be found playing for one of four 5-a-side football teams in Brighton.
Laura has 3 years experience in digital marketing, working with clients in a range of industries, from online dating to travel and education. She has a breadth of international experience working on campaigns across 19 countries and in 9 languages. In her free time Laura can be found with her head in Pinterest planning her next crochet project, or baking for the office.
Alexandra joined the SiteVisibility team in 2013 as a PR & Outreach Consultant. With a background in PR, event management and content writing, Alexandra now works to develop and implement a range of creative campaigns for both national and international clients operating in a variety of sectors. Alexandra loves to see her ideas come to life, and in her spare time enjoys dreaming up recipes to make for family and friends.
Dave has over 6 years of SEO experience, with a focus on client strategy and technical implementation. He currently works as part of the technical team to help align onsite and offsite strategies and help make the sometimes complex more understandable for clients.
Yanni comes from an academic background which merges technical, analytical and creative disciplines bringing a unique vision to the SiteVisibility team. He has been involved with, and managed a variety of clients covering digital marketing campaigns ranging from content production, promotion, social engagement and technical optimisation.
Scott started with SiteVisibility in 2013 having gained experience agency side focusing on organic search. Having managed small and medium businesses and internationally recognised clients across a wide range of verticals, Scott is responsible for overseeing and implementing future-proof strategies across all of our campaigns, and his passion for SEO helps to make sure that SiteVisibility stays at the forefront of Digital Marketing. Outside of work Scott can be found working on one of his many businesses or listening to the latest Hip Hop tunes!
Kaspar graduated in 2013 with a degree in English Language and Linguistics before joining SiteVisibility as an intern at the start of 2014. Since then he has developed a keen interest in content marketing, PR and outreach, and maintaining online communities. When he’s not reading up on the latest digital marketing news and attending conferences, he’s usually attending gigs, doing yoga or rock climbing.
Dane has 5 years digital marketing experience, combining strategies and opportunities to deliver innovative campaigns for global and national brands. Dane has a wealth of experience in offsite SEO and has watched SEO evolve into more of a collaborative approach with PR and Press teams. In his free time Dane can be found networking on his fitness blog, hitting the gym, skydiving or travelling the world.
Cornelia joined SiteVisibility after completing her MSC in Multi-Cultural Brand Building at the University of Innsbruck, Austria in 2013. Since joining SiteVisibility, Cornelia has developed a keen interest in Social Media, overseeing a number of our social campaigns and has also managed a number of successful link removal campaigns for some of our international clients.
Dave has been part of the team for over two years. After graduating from the University of Brighton with a degree in Communication and Digital, Dave started working in client side roles before moving into an agency environment. Dave is part of the team responsible for delivering client campaigns and results through innovative and creative content strategies. In his spare time Dave likes to travel and keeps active by cycling, swimming and playing football.

Carla started her SEO career after graduating from Chichester University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and IT Management. With over 5 years experience in search engine optimisation, agency side, she has worked on a range of campaigns in both b2b and b2c environments. Carla’s experience includes creating and implementing successful online marketing strategies in the travel, retail, defence, publishing and pharmaceutical markets. Carla has successfully managed and retained a number of core clients for her previous agency focusing on their individual goals covering all aspects of SEO, PPC and Social Media.
Originally from Durango, México, Maria joined Sitevisibility as Digital PR Manager. With a background in Teaching, Digital PR and Journalism (currently training to get the NCTJ diploma), Maria is responsible for developing Digital PR strategies for national and international clients. Maria is also responsible for training staff and clients in regards to Off Page and Digital PR (teaching and learning are some of her passions). In her free time, Maria enjoys baking (specially French patisserie).
