Job Description

You’ll enjoy developing strong, long term client relationships based on delivering great results and providing excellent service. You’ll be confident developing, delivering and managing ethical, cutting edge multi-channel digital campaigns for ambitious, demanding clients – from the initial analysis and strategy phase through to technical implementation.

You’ll have a passion for Search and Digital technologies; be a specialist in your field and be happy and confident in sharing your knowledge. You’ll be providing support to a team of digital experts, providing direction, as well as have the opportunity to grow and develop yourself. This is very much a hands-on role offering a lot of scope and potential to grow in our agency.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Understand your clients’ business needs, overall objectives and priorities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Client retention and revenue growth
  • Successful campaign strategy and planning: devise campaign strategies to increase online reputation (rankings/links); online conversion (leads/e-commerce) and brand awareness through developing content and engaging campaign ideas
  • Elements of campaign delivery
  • Ensure all project deliverables are delivered on time and budget
  • Reporting on digital marketing performance using insights from analytics
  • Lead generation, pre-sales and support new business pitches
  • Undertake online sector and competitor analysis
  • Keep abreast of industry standards, new technologies, and the latest approaches in internet marketing

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience & knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in managing and reporting on search (PPC and SEO) campaigns
  • Ability to deliver SEO and Content Audits and the development of Strategies and Plans
  • Significant experience in digital marketing account management & project management
  • Customer focused with first class interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to produce and talk through high quality documents
  • Excellent communications skills, with sufficient gravitas to present at a senior management level
  • Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail
  • A second language is highly beneficial

Salary Range – £27k-£40k depending on experience
