Results of SEO & Social Media campaign demonstrates the impact of digital marketing

Following a digital marketing campaign that saw its website optimised for search engines, Bishop’s Move, the UK’s largest family owned removals company, can today reveal the true impact that search engine optimisation (SEO) and social media has had on its business. After employing SiteVisibility, a leading search, SEO and social media agency, Bishop’s Move quickly witnessed a significant increase in new business leads via online channels.

SiteVisibility was briefed to ensure the Bishop’s Move brand was delivered to a wider online audience, thereby generating new business leads in the UK, European and International removals, corporate relocation and self-storage markets. A campaign was developed which has resulted in Bishop’s Move receiving a noticeable return on investment, with the removals company now recouping £54.49 for every £1 spent.

The positive impact of the campaign has mirrored Bishop’s Move’s own successes in recent months. The removals company has undergone an expansion with three new members joining its International Department. The results include a 5,895% increase in traffic for keyword “removal companies”; 4,200% increase for “removal companies UK”; and 2076% increase for “removal company”.

The social media element of the campaign has also meant SiteVisibility has engaged with Bishop’s Move’s target audience, thus ensuring new traffic is driven to its site, increasing direct sales. This has also empowered Bishop’s Move to respond to online queries from current and potential customers.

SiteVisibility has also secured a 14% reduction in bounce rates which means that visitors now stay longer on the Bishop’s Move website and 168 keywords are now ranking on page one on Google.
