Firstly Ben gives an overview of Decibel Insight and describes why they took the decision to provide a freemium service. He then goes over the benefits it provided for the business and the positive reaction gained by users. People were extremely grateful for being providing a free service, albeit with additional costs, and were more prepared to engage in conversation with Ben, which ultimately led to them learning about how they improve the service.
