Content Marketing Manager
Dave has been part of the team for over five years. After graduating from the University of Brighton with a degree in Communication and Digital, Dave has worked both client side and within an agency environment. Dave is part of the team responsible for coming up with creative content strategies and delivering client content campaigns. In his spare time Dave likes to travel and keeps active by cycling, swimming and playing football.
Jason started SiteVisibility in 2002 with a passion for helping ambitious company owners to achieve their business goals as well as supporting team members to stretch their potential. A Chartered Marketer and FCIM, he founded SiteVisibility’s world famous Internet Marketing Podcast in 2006, supported the emergence of BrightonSEO into becoming Europe’s largest SEO conference and is a founder member and Non Exec Director of Wired Sussex which helps its 2600 members to build better digital business together. With a keen passion for all things digital, Sean joined SiteVisibility as an intern over 6 years ago. Today, Sean is responsible for SiteVisibility's marketing efforts, including the Internet Marketing Podcast and BrightonSEO. In his spare time Sean can usually be found playing for one of four 5-a-side football teams in Brighton.

Lorrie keeps the SiteVisibility offices running smoothly and is always looking for ways to improve the working environment for our team.
Vicky ensures SiteVisibility gets paid for delivering digital growth for its clients and in turn makes sure staff and suppliers get paid on time.
Head of Digital
Scott started with SiteVisibility in 2013 having gained experience agency side focusing on organic search. Having managed small and medium businesses and internationally recognised clients across a wide range of verticals, Scott is responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies across all of our campaigns, and his passion for digital helps to make sure that SiteVisibility stays at the forefront of digital marketing.
Paul has a long history in both the international IT services market and telecommunications, with a broad professional experience in general management, mergers and acquisitions, services strategy and customer relationship management. He joined Sita, the IT and telecommunications provider to the Air Transport Industry, in 1997 and became Chief Commercial Officer of Sita SC responsible for sales, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction on a global basis. Prior to joining Sita, Paul was Chairman and Chief Executive of ICL Sorbus, a Fujitsu subsidiary company, where he was responsible for creating Europe’s largest multi-vendor IT services company with revenues of $1 billion.
Peter has been involved in digital marketing for 12 years, specialising in technical SEO and content analysis. His experience spans a broad range of industry sectors and includes developing strategies for major automotive, financial and retail brands. He also has a degree in Computer Science.
Marcos Alvarez Martin
Marcos has experience within digital marketing and strategy. Marcos’ role is as extremely versatile. One minute he could be creating technical SEO audits and the next, writing content in Spanish. He is passionate with all things tech, and spends his spare time writing, playing video games or reading.
Lydia has been working in the digital marketing industry for over 9 years, starting her career at Nokia. She has a BA (hons) Marketing degree and for the last four years has specialized in Social Media, as well as the integration between search and social. Working for clients in previous agencies such as Honda, the BBC, Calloway Golf and EA Games, she is an experienced Account Director who understands B2B and B2C industries. In her spare time, she is a ‘competitive baker’ who enjoys making cakes and socialising!
Senior Account Manager
Paul has over 10 years’ experience in the digital industry both client and agency side with extensive knowledge of the ecommerce and retail sector. He has a BA/BSc (hons) degree in Marketing and Media and has worked across both industries in some capacity. Paul is an Account Manager who understands both B2B and B2C industries. In his spare time, you’ll find him playing golf or helping out at his son’s local football team training.
Chloe joined SiteVisibility as a Content Executive in 2017. She has a degree in Journalism and English Language and has previously worked for a digital marketing company in Chichester and as cabin crew in the UAE. Outside of work she enjoys Netflix binges and taking her pet Chihuahua Boris for walks!
Rob has over 3 years’ experience in digital marketing. During Rob’s time in account management, he has implemented digital marketing strategies for a number of different businesses across a variety of different industries. Rob enjoys diving into a campaign. When Rob is not in the office you will more than likely find him watching football, or still trying to kid himself that he can play a bit.
Tess joined SiteVisibility in 2017 as an Account Executive. She studied film, digital media and cultural studies at Bristol UWE. Following this, she went on to gain impressive marketing and events experience working for high profile brands such as Monster Energy and Sailor Jerry. She’s at her happiest when racing downhill mountain bikes for her regional team!
Chief Office Dog
Tango is our resident office dog. Twice a week he turns our workplace upside down! Our four-legged friend is extremely skilled in fetching squeaky toys, barking for no apparent reason, sleeping and scavenging for food in everyone’s bags!
Measurement & Insight Manager
Nay has been working in digital marketing for over 6 years, specialising in outcome-focused data analysis. Working with both lead generation and eCommerce brands, such as Argos and British Airways Holidays, she has helped clients gain meaningful insight about their customers. When she doesn’t have her head stuck in Google Analytics or Excel, she enjoys nothing better than a gripping TV series or film (preferably Sci-fi).
