Twice a year some of the biggest names in digital come together to share their top tips, experiences and predictions for the content marketing field. The Content Marketing Show is for anyone in the field looking to keep abreast of the latest innovations and catch up with others who are passionate about content – and it’s free!
The summer 2014 conference once again proved hugely popular with some fantastic insight shared on the day – the SiteVisibility team for one came away bursting with ideas for revitalising our content strategies and we’ve already begun to put some of what we’ve learnt into practice back in the office!
As someone who writes and creates content as a substantial part of my day to day responsibilities, I’m always keen to learn more about how to craft great long and short form pieces. I consider content to be the main focal point of any digital marketing campaign which means there’s a lot to be writing and creating so there’s a lot of importance and pressure for it to be executed to perfection. Calling all content lovers, content kings and queens – This November the Content Marketing Show returns for another 2 day extravaganza where we bring to you a feast of Content Marketing insights and knowledge.
November 7th we kick off with a day of workshops – each focusing on a key aspect of Content. The sessions are run by experienced key industry figures and take place from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm and will provide you with the key tools and skills that every successful content marketer needs.
Last Friday, the Content Marketing Show was held at Logan Hall at the Institute of Education, and was proudly presented by SiteVisibility and a few other lovely sponsors. We spend a lot of time creating great content for our clients, like the Dreamliner animated graphic that we created recently for Thomson (See right).

This year’s Content Marketing Show was a great success with over 1,000 registered attendees learning all about the world of content marketing. It’s a trend that has become so important for online marketing campaigns and the numbers of marketers on show last week prove that there’s so much intrigue and so much to learn.
It was interesting to see the processes and strategies that facilitate content creation but it’s vitally important to be able to do this in an efficient way as well as being able to gain the most exposure possible.
