What Not To Miss at MeasureFest
Measurefest, our brand new conference debuts on the 17th of October at Logan Hall near Russell Square in London and it promises to bring together the best speakers in the world of analytics, CRO and marketing measurement. If you’re not excited about it, you should be. It’s not only the main event that’s happening at Measurefest either. We’ve also got roundtables and training workshops taking place the day before; the perfect opportunity to learn some new skills and network.
Measurefest Training Courses
Anna Lewis from Koozai is leading the Advanced Google Analytics Training. She has five years’ of search marketing experience, including three years of specialising in web analytics. You’ll learn about Advanced Segments, Event Tracking and Multi-Channel Funnels as well as lots of tips to help you with your reporting.
Conversions are essential to your site and Ken Grierson of Conversion Factory is going to be running the Practical Conversion Rate Optimisation Training. CRO is vital but many people don’t even know where to start. This is a practical course that will help you with testing your site, analysing the results and implementing your changes to ultimately increase revenue. Every attendee will conduct a usability test on their site, review the test, assess the analytics and finally devise a detailed test plan and wireframe.
Rob Jackson from ElisaDBI is leading the Reporting & Data Visualisation for Marketers Training and it will teach you how to make the most of your data and how to get actionable insights. Not only will you learn the right approach to analysing data but you’ll also be taught how to do a better job of communicating and reporting on your data. Common questions such as “What should I be reporting on?” and “How do I set KPIs and objectives?” will also be answered.
Finally, Tim Eves from Lynchpin has over fifteen years’ of analytics experiences and will be taking the Predictive Analytics Training course. This course is focussed on identifying opportunities to use predictive modelling for optimisation. This includes the customer journey and how using online and offline data can be used together to harness the latent power of existing customers. Also, you will learn how to deal with the issue of not provided data.

Measurebest, Philip Sheldrake, Euler Partners Measuring everything you can isn’t the same as measuring everything you should. Philip talks about how to measure social and how you can turn it from something you do, to the way you do business.
